CEO and Founder

Ariel Molina founded Molina Language Services with a bold vision: to create a translation agency that combines linguistic expertise with a fresh, client-focused approach. Drawing on a passion for languages and cross-cultural communication, Mr. Molina established the agency to help organizations and individuals overcome language barriers in an ever-globalizing world.

Mr. Molina holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Spanish Language from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. With a background as an accomplished financial professional in the private sector, he brings a unique blend of business acumen and cultural insight to every project. His experience navigating complex projects with precision and excellence serves as the cornerstone of the agency’s commitment to delivering exceptional results.

On a personal level, Mr. Molina grew up in Maryland where he currently lives with his wife and three kids. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with his family.
